Our initial review indicates that it meets the minimum require- <br />ments set forth by the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, <br />CRS 1973, 34-33-101 et. sec. Since the minimum requirements have been met <br />we have deemed your application complete for the purposes of filing on <br />February 27, 1981. <br />The fact that we have found your application complete should by no means <br />be construed to indicate your application is adequate. We request from <br />you, that all information necessary to review your application to verify <br />it's adequacy be submitted to this office by August of 1981. <br />We also believe that it would be beneficial to all parties concerned, if <br />you would indicate some correspondence with the consultants you have elected <br />to employ, and the Division as preparation of the permit application continues. <br />Enclosed please find the documentation necessary to inform you of all <br />materials needed to ascertain the adequacy of your permit.
