The depth scale on Figure G-I may be misleadin~~ mid therefore has been removed <br />to shoe only the litholo«ies ~~ith a ramse of thicknesses in the Raton Basin in parentheses. <br />~. This response is inadequate. Geolo~~ map ~.0~.6-2 still lists information on the "C" seam <br />rather than "R" and the "P" seam for the Primero. Please review original question and <br />cotTect as necessary. <br />Response <br />The Geology ?vfap 2.04.6-'_ has been corrected throughout to show the R seam as the Ciruela <br />and the I seam as [he Primero. <br />OK-- This response is adequate, kith the exception that there is still a line connecting LT-23 and <br />LT-29 that should not be [hire. Please review and correct. <br />Two problems not previoush noted on Geology map 2.04.6-2 were also discovered. The <br />~~L map leuend rzfers to "PL`GS, dikes, and sills". Please correct. Also. LT-41 is missine a <br />surface elevation. <br />• Response <br />The cross section B-B~ on flap 2.04.6-_ has bezn corrected. The lint from LT-23 to LT-?9 <br />has been removed. <br />PUGS listed on the Geologic ivlap has been corrected to read PLUGS. Additionally, the <br />elevation of LT-4I has been added to the map. <br />Rule 2.0.7 Hvdrolow Description <br />~. Numerous references to bath house facilities exist in the permit text and figures. These sites <br />would apparenth be point source discharge sites. Is the CDPHE aware that modular bath <br />house facilities and treatment plants may be established at the site. Ifso, would they require <br />outfalls at these locations under an individual discharge permit? Has this discharge been <br />incorporated into the pond design at the various sites° The Division would like to resolve <br />an} uncertainh' of the existence of bath hove discharge prior to permit approval. <br />Response <br />LCC may have bath houses at the pottals as identified on the permit application maps. If <br />the bath houses are constructed, septic systems will be installed to handle the water. <br />. CDPHE was notified on June 12. 1997 about the status of water treatment associated with <br />die bath houses. and CDNIG was copied. LCC will file an application with the Las <br /> <br />
