.. <br />_17_ <br />To properly evaluate the bond, the Division needs to determine the cost <br />for the worst case remaining reclamation work at Eckman Park. It will be <br />more efficient to recalculate the reclamation costs than use the <br />previously calculated costs as a basis because of mine plan revisions and <br />the fact that some of the reclamation has occurred. Therefore, <br />backfilling/grading costs for Areas 9/10, 41, 51 and 60, the ponds, <br />roads, and facilities areas, plus topsoiling and revegetating costs for <br />those areas must be determined. Costs will be based on outside <br />contractors cost as the Division would do should the operator default on <br />the reclamation plan. CYCC shall submit adjusted reclamation costs based <br />on the revisions to the permit and the reclamation required for the <br />largest disturbance area during the remainder of the permit term. <br />XVIII.
