L. 95-87, this notice shall function as authorization <br />from the Office of Surface Mining for the continuation of mining operations <br />after August 15, 1981 without a new State Program Permit. However, this <br />authorization may be terminated if you fail to conduct your operations in <br />accordance with the performance standards required under the Act and <br />Regulations, you fail to continue to diligently pursue obtaining approval of <br />your State Program Application, or your State Program Application is denied. <br />We understand that the State of Colorado Mined Lard Reclamation Division will <br />provide you with a similar confirmation approval. <br />Sincerely, <br />DONALD A.
