This extension was at your request <br />in order to save OEI certain fees charged by the issuing bank. <br />Pursuant to our discussions, and those with the bank, I antici- <br />pate receiving a formal letter from Team Bank extending the dead- <br />line. <br />This is to confirm our understanding, as discussed over the <br />telephone, that this modification of the LOC means that OEI will <br />be required to submit a new LOC, or other acceptable reclamation <br />bond, by January 28, 1993. The replacement bond, of course, must <br />comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. <br />Please let me know of your intentions concerning the replacement <br />of the LOC well in advance of the January 28, 1993 deadline. <br />Thank you for your continuing cooperation and endurance in this <br />matter. <br />Sincerely, <br />~" ~`~~ <br />FRANK R.
