Johnso
Assistant Attorne General
As we discussed last week, I have agreed to allow Oakridge Energy
to extend the letter of credit until July 28, 1993, rather than
renewing it for another year. A copy of the October 23 agreement
is enclosed. A letter from the Bank will follow. Under the
terms of the agreement we reached this summer, OEI must obtain a
permit, and submit a new bond, by January 28, 1993. The new
expiration date should give DMG ample time to forfeit the bond in
the event oEI fails to perform under the agreement. However,
this file should be closely monitored. A draft should be issued
against the letter of credit if OEI fails to submit a new bond by
January 28, 1993.
cc: ~fe"~'M>urltaya~DMG,~{w/enclosure)
Attachment

AG Alpha No. NRLRICABR
AG File No. E9216915.207
