Dear Carol:
Over the past few weeks I have tried to keep you and Pete Evans informed as
to our progress regarding the April 20, 1981, Preliminary Adequacy Review letter.
It has become apparent to us that more time is needed to obtain the required
information.
The status of our response to your review letter is presented item by item
as follows:
2.03.9 INSURANCE
1. Information received and complete.
2.04.3 SITE DESCRIPTION - LAND USE
1. Discussed and resolved by DCC and CMLR - complete as
submitted.
2. Anew map showing all old workings known to us at this
time has been completed and is intended to be submitted
along with any new information available pertaining to
old mines and old workings.
2.04.5 GENERAL - HYDROLOGY & GEOLOGY
1. See 2.04.7
2.04.6 GEOLOGY DESCRIPTION
(2) Underground
1 & 2 Geology
This section is in the process of being clarified and
should be completed by the end of August 1981, in order
that new hydrologic and geologic data can be reviewed.
