A copy of the access
letter and chart of specific wells is provided in Exhibit AB.
Item 34a: Exhibit AB has been edited to reflect monitoring of water quality in the
Chandler Creek alluvium according to WQCD water quality standazds. Permit text on
page 2.05.6-7 has been edited to include water quality monitoring at alluvium compliance
point.
Item 36: Maps provided by the Town of Brookside indicate that a single six inch line
runs from the storage tank, in a northerly direction into the town, away from the projected
mine workings. The water tank service line is appropriately delineated on revised Map 7.
Item 38a: Northfield reviewed both high-resolution contour maps and aerial
photography of the areas upslope and adjacent to County Road 79, in and adjacent to the
permit boundary. From these maps, interrupted sandstone outcrop cliff formations were
identified and plotted. These interrupted sandstone formations are appropriately
delineated on revised Map 7.
Please call me directly at 719-275-8951 if you have any question.
Respectfully submitted,
~~~ _~~7~c-Yi't~t.l~iv~
Angela M.
