<br />Page 9 <br />H-G Preliminary Adequacy Review <br />2.05.5 Post-14ining Land Uses <br />At this time, it is unclear whether the establishment of permanent stock <br />watering ponds is consistent with the post-mining land use. Additionally, <br />~ establishment of these ponds as permanent stock ponds has a direct effect <br />on downstream water rights. This proposal will, therefore, require a <br />decision by the State Engineer's Office. The applicant must demonstrate <br />with a narrative, drawings, and any other available information that these <br />structures are in compliance with 4.05.9. <br />2.05,5(1 b Please forward comments from local and state government agencies that <br />approve or authorize the proposed post-mining land use. <br />2.05.5(1)(c) Exhibit "D" is not a map of detailed management plan for range or grazing. <br />This should indicate how and when the plan will be implemented, and what <br />areas will be +iffected and when during the course of the mining operation. <br />2.05.6 Mitigation o.f >urface Coal Mining Operation Impacts <br />2.05.6(1)(b) Dg/the powerlines supplying power to the air quality sampler conform with <br />'.05.6(3)(6)~The applicant does not specify that S-3 will be monitored.
