Date of original opening, 1889. Abandoned in 1894,
and re-opened in September, 1914.

Located at an altitude of 9,000 feet. Character
of the surface is a schist formation, with rolling hills.
There is a good water supply, which comes from Willow or
Camp Creek. Ito timber, as it is too high. Good roads.
G E O L O G Y
The geological survey of this district is not com-
plated as yet. Structure and c~~aracter of the country rock
is schist and granito.

• The aharaoter of ore is fissure veins. There are
two veins. with a strike north-oast and south-west, and tho
dip is north. 1°idth of the vein is b ft., length opened up
1900 ft. Charaoter of enclosing rocks is schist on both sides.
There are no faults is the veins. The ore shoots are nontin-
