<br />employing five or more men, shell -report tho same to t o $utesu o4 Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the namoe oY the owners and managers or lessee in charge oY said work, together with the
<br />postoSrca addreae, the name oY the claim or claims to be operated, the name of tho county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employod, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore sesortere, mill mon, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provieiona oY
<br />`' th4a section shall be Yuraiehed upon application by the Commissioner o4 Minos.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manages or lessee operating a metalliferoua mioe or mill is
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set Yorth, shall be deemed guilty o4 a misdemeanor
<br />~. ( agaiaat this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 04 this
<br />act, or to a find oY not less than twenty-five dollars (625.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (6300.00), 4or
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
