The corridors for O the Corley <br />water Ime (from the North Well to Paod 3) including the valve house, ®the powerline from the utubslation to the <br />main portal area, and ®the discharge pipe from Pond 1 are mt currently permitrod ea disturbed areas. In order ro <br />resolve this deficiency, EFCI ands to do the following: <br />1. Revise Maps 18 and 20 to mchrde the disturbance cortidors and label them as small area <br />ex~ptiaos. <br />2. Submit revised text that ideatiflea these areas ae small areas which are exempt 4om ahemau <br />sediment ooahol raptiremems. The text should include a demonstration that vegetation ao these <br />areas u adequate ro control eroaien sod a commitment to iosWl temporary sediment control <br />measures if say of these. areas are redislurbed. <br />3. Lramll disturbed area boumdary markers eramd each corridor. <br />4.
