<br />(Page 3) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: _ M-t48t-07J <br />INSPECTION DATE: t t/~t/nt INSPECTORS INITIALS: ~_ <br />The following problems (PB) and/or possible violations (PV) (and suggested corrective actions) were identified during this <br />inspection. The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations <br />should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The <br />inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. During the inspection, it was discovered that vegetation at the site consisted mainly of weeds. This is 7 2 / 3 /Ol <br />A problem because 3.1.70 (6) of the constriction Materials rules and Regulations requires that <br />methods of weed control for all prohibited noxious weed species be employed throughout the mining <br />and reclamation process. <br />Corrective Action: Incoptorate weed control at the site and wend photos of the weeded site to DMG by <br />PB or PV: ~~ <br />TOPIC(S): ~1P <br />
