Reclamation has commenced on the finish grading and establishment of the 3
to 1 slopes. Half of this work will be completed by the anniversary date of
our permit and therefore we would like Item A. Earthwork, reduced by
$10,000.00.
B. Item E. Earthwork
We do not anticipate ripping the roads in as much as they will be needed for
access. We would therefore like a credit of $1,500.00 on this item.
C. Item J. Earthwork
We think that your quantities are excessive as well as your cost analyses. An
acceptable figure of 50,000 yards would be more appropriate. Amore realistic
number would therefore be approximately $60,000.00.
~T Q.
