The following problems (PB) and/or possible violations (PV) (and suggested corrective
actions) were identified during this inspection. The problems should be corrected by the
dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be
corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land
Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all
corrective actions taken.

DMG recommends that the Operator bring more topsoil to Jan. 21, 1996

revision for a plan for site e~tabilization during PB or PV PB
operations shutdown (when a temporary ceasat ion of TOPIC(S) RS
operations notice should be sent to DMG). Reclamation
efforts must continue in accordance with Rule 3.1.3 of
the Colorado Mineral Aulea and Regulations: "All
reclamation shall be carried to completion by the
Operator with all reasonable diligence, and each phase
of reclamation shall be completed within five (5) years
from the date the Operator informs the Board or Office
than such phase has commenced, unless extended by the
Board or Office". Should the Operator wish the site to
be reclassified ae an "intermittent" operation, a
technical revision must be submitted to DMG designating
this pit as such.
