The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEt4S/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. The affected area boundaries were not clearly marked by 01/31/98 <br />monuments or other markers as required by Rule PB or PV: PB <br />3.1.12(2) TOPIC(S): SM <br />Corrective Actions are to: <br />1) Mark the boundaries of the affected <br />area with markers that are clearly <br />visible and adequate to delineate <br />such boundaries. <br />2) Submit a photograph to our office <br />which shows that the affected area <br />boundary has been CLEARLY marked. <br />2. The mininig plan map does not outline and label all <br />major features assocaiated with the mining plan as <br />required by Rule 6.3.5(2)(c).
