The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />No sign with the DMG permit number and Operator's name haz been posted at the Feb. 21, 2000 <br />site. This is in violation of Rule 3.1.12 of the Construction Materials Rules and PB or PV PB <br />Regulations. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Replace the sign at the site, and send TOPIC(S) SM <br />photos of the replacement to DMG within 30 days. <br />2. Topsoil meant for this permit area has been stored off-site, on another Operator's Feb. 21, 2000 <br />permit area. This is in violation of Rule 3.1.9(3) of the Conswction Materials Rules PB or PV PB <br />and Regulations. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Replace the topsoil on the correct site TOPIC(S) TS <br />within 30 days, and send proof of same to the Division, or the bond will be <br />recalculated to account for the purchase of enough topsoil to make up the deficit. <br />3. <br /> PB or PV <br /> TOPIC(S) <br />
