The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce theirseveritywhen considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />1. <br />During the inspection, it was discovered that although there is topsoil reserved north of the <br />permit boundary, off site, there is no stockpile of topsoil located within the permit <br />boundary, which would be used for reclamation of the site. This is a problem related to <br />Rule 3.1.9 (3) of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations for failure fo include <br />topsoil stockpile areas in the affected areas (within the permit boundary). <br />Corrective Acfion: Within 30 days of receipt of this report submit either a technical revision to <br />the Division specif~na that the topsoil stockpiles to the north of the permit will be reserved for <br />reclamation of the site, to include a reclamation plan for the stockpile area outside of the <br />permit boundary, and a signed agreement with the landowner that the stockpiled material <br />will hP resPrvec'1 far use in reclamation of the citPt or n canversinn to the permit axonndin~ the <br />~rmit hounctnry of the site to included the stack ilp Pct toosnil area- <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />02/ O1 /Ob <br />PB or PV; ~B_ <br />TOPIC(S): ~`i <br />
