III. COMMENT3 - COMPLIANCB <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of <br />observations made during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement <br />actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the <br />enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection conducted by Tom Kaldenbach of the Colorado <br />Division of Minerals and Geology. Dave Wallace represented the operator <br />during the inspection of the surface facilities area. Rick Mills represented <br />the operator during the inspection of the outlying areas and during the <br />records check. With the operator's consent, this report was issued from the <br />Denver office. <br />The ground was dry as northwest Colorado has had little rain during the <br />last month.
