One of the tanks in the process area did no[ have a containing berm or tank and irs May 5, 2000 <br />come its are unknown. This is in contradiction of Rule 3.1.6 of the Construction PB or PV PB <br />Materials Rules and Regulations, which states that disturbances to the prevailing TOPIC(S) SF <br />hydrologic balance will be minimized.
