<br />Bond Release of 1987-1995 Reclaimed Areas (SL-02) (Findings dated April 27, 1998, is on file in a
<br />binder in the Environmental Office.
<br />7) Air emissions permit #95MF1040 is on file in Volume 3, Exhibit 8. It expires 2/5/2002
<br />8) Copies of the Moffat County permit of May 11,1976, and the Rio Blanco County permit of May 9,
<br />1995, are on file in the inspector binder (1 ~ Section).
<br />9) Vegetation monitoring requiremenh [Rule 4.15.1(4)) are identified under paragraph 4.15.1(4) on
<br />page 4.15-1 of Volume 1 of the Permit. Vegetation monitoring data is required to tie submitted to the
<br />Division annually in a report. The last Annual Reclamation Report [required by March 2$ following

<br />Office.). Monitoring data required is on file in a file drawer (cabinet 3/5, 3rd drawer), and/or in the
