To soil <br />All available topsoil was re-distributed at this site. During operations, this topsoil was <br />stockpiled east of the sediment pond on a small, flat area as shown on the Bond Release Map <br />submitted with the application. This area is well vegetated and shows no sign of erosion or <br />damage. Any grazing conducted so far this year appears to have been <br />light. Cattle were not observed on the reclaimed area on this day but were noted in the <br />rangeland immediately east of the site. Vegetation species observed include green <br />needlegrass. bindweed, thistle, yellow clover, western wheatgrass, smooth biome, pinion <br />juniper, sideoats grams, blue grams, silver sage, and fourwing saltbush <br />
