The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. During the inspection, it was discovered that a stockpile of concrete containing rebar is pb/ 23/03 <br />located on the site. During the inspection, it was discovered that a portion of the affected area appears to be 07 / 23/ 03 <br />outside of the approved permit boundary. This is a possible violation of 34-32.5-116 (4) () of <br />the Colorado Revised Statutes, commonly referred to as the Colorado Land Reclamation <br />Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials for failure to protect areas outside of the <br />affected land from slide or damage occurring during the mining operation and <br />reclamation.. <br />PB or PV: ~1L <br />TOPIC(S): X42 <br />Corrective Action: Within 60 days of receipt of this report. submit proof to the Division- in the - - - <br />form of a land survey -that the entire affected area at the site lies within the approved <br />permit boundary. <br />
