The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE 1. During the inspection, it was discovered that a stockpile of concrete containing rebar is pb/ 23/03 located on the site. This is a possible problem related to 3.1.5 (9) of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations, for failure to notify the Division of proposed backfill activity not identified in the approved Reclamation Plan. During the inspection, it was discovered that a portion of the affected area appears to be 07 / 23/ 03 outside of the approved permit boundary. This is a possible violation of 34-32.5-116 (4) () of the Colorado Revised Statutes, commonly referred to as the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials for failure to protect areas outside of the affected land from slide or damage occurring during the mining operation and reclamation..
