The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. Though the affected area does not exceed the size of 08/31/94 <br />the permitted acreage, the permit area as observed does <br />not match the map of the permit area contained in the PB or PV: PB <br />records. TOPIC(S): AR <br />Operator will submit an updated description of the <br />permit area boundaries and detailed map, reflecting <br />present extent of affected land, locations of <br />activities and areas for future mining. <br />2. The permit area boundary was not clearly marked. 08/31/94 <br />Pursuant to Minerals Rule 6.7 the operator will mark PB or PV: PB <br />the boundaries of the permit area.
