It does not appear that the currently held fi ancial <br />warranty is sufficient to accomplish reclamation of this site. Th cost of <br />completing the amended reclamation plan should be estimated. This cost <br />estimate should include the removal of the waste material from thi site. <br />Please submit a detailed reclamation cost estimate using verifiabl volume <br />calculations and equipment costs for locations A and B. <br />Based upon the revised reclamation cost estimate, the financial wa ranty will <br />need to be modified so that sufficient funds to reclaim the site a e available. <br />The Division is very concerned that the approved mining and reclam ti on plan <br />be amended as soon as possible so that this site remains in compli nce with <br />the Act.
