As <br />recall, the Division had a number of concerns regarding compliance <br />approved mining and reclamation plan. Based upon a thorough re vies <br />approved mining and reclamation plans, as well as the site inspect <br />Divisions primary concerns are as follows: <br />Waste Material (minus 6 inch) Stockpile, This temporary stockpile <br />currently approved in the ~ ,~e plan. The Division does not believ <br />new material should be stockpiled at this location. The mine plan <br />amended to show the location and volume of this temporary structur <br />reclamation plan should be amended to describe its removal to the <br />for backfilling purposes or its removal to an off-site location. <br />Mining Plan. The currently approved mining plan is quite vague, <br />accurately describe the site activities. The plan should be amen <br />it ciearly describes the current and proposed mining plan.
