Enclosed is a brief summary
of some of the comparisons DMG inspectors make, while on site or reviewing aerial
photographs, to determine whether reclamation operations are contemporaneous with mining
operations. In addition to these general observations, DMG inspectors may also focus on a
number of site-specific reclamation requirements which are not included in this list.
If you have questions or are in need of additional information, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Susan L Burgmaie
Environmental Protection Specialist
Enclosure
c: DMG Coal Program Staff, w/enclosure
SLB\080996.
