The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become poesib ~ violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. A sign with the permit number must be posted at the April 1, 1996 <br />entrance to the site within 30 days, and proof sent to PB or PV PB <br />DMG. This ie in accordance with Rule 3.1.12.1 of the TOPIC(S) SM <br />Construction Materials Rules and Regulations. <br />2. It ie believed that the current financial warranty may <br />be inadequate to reclaim the site. A new coat estimate PB or PV PB <br />will be calculated, and upon receipt of the new TOPIC(S) FW <br />reclamation bond estimate, the Operator will have 30 <br />days to either poet adequate bond or do reclamation <br />work commeasurate with the current financial warranty. <br />3. The topsoil stockpiles need to be revegetated with May 30, 1996 <br />wheatgrase, and the cheatgraee currently growing on PB or PV PB <br />them should be destroyed before the end of the coming TOPIC(S) TS <br />growing season.
