. ,s <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />• Silt fences along the entrance road were backed up with straw bales and <br />appeared clean and totally functioning. <br />Explosives: <br />The berms around the explosive bunkers were in goon condition and the silt <br />fences were functioning. <br />Slides and Damage: <br />• No slides or erosion damage were observed at either Beaz Creek or Lower <br />Hubbard Creek. The snow cover appeared to be uniform at these sites, and <br />therefore the sites appeared as uniform as when last observed on 11/20/%. <br />The east yard pond is discharging clean water, but the pump was not dis- <br />charging from the mine at the time of inspection. <br />r <br />
