IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and
date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of
violations cited during previous inspections.
As a result of review of the 2003 Annual Reclamation Report, the Division issued NOV C-
2004-003 for failure to reseeded approximately 13 acres of the Corley property with the
approved seed mix. Abatement has two parts; part 1, within two weeks of receipt, submit a
plan for seeding the approved mix at the approved rate or demonstrating the same was
completed; and part 2, complete this necessary seeding by October 31, 2004. Abatement of
Step1 was extended to October 8, 2004 and following receipt and review of a seeding plan,
Step 1 was abated on October 8, 2004. Step 2 remains outstanding at this time.
No enforcement actions were taken as a result of this inspection.
