COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection The comments include discussion of observat{ons made <br />dunng the inspection Comments also descnbe any enforcement achons taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology (DMG). The weather was warm and ground conditions were excellent. This <br />mine has closed and reclamation of most areas is complete. I was unaccompanied on this <br />inspection. <br />Roads <br />The operator has re-graded the mine access road and road ditches. Some blading of the <br />water bars along the stepper section of this road was also noted.
