The permit boundary along the road exiting the south
boundary of the permit area was properly located and in compliance with Rule 4.02.
Roads
The second culvert ascending the Jeff Canyon haul road was partially blocked with sediment
due to summer storm runoff. This culvert should be cleared prior to the next CDMG
inspection.
Hydrologic Balance
Straw bales used for sediment control at the east topsoil pile SAE were disrupted due to
storm runoff.
