It is my understanding that Pond OSP-C has never held water. <br />Block D <br />The application indicates that the bond reduction on this 164.3 acre block would be <br />$32,860. A permit revision has been submitted to leave Pond M as a permanent <br />structure, but according to the State, the application was not complete and had not <br />been approved at the time of the inspection. The company also plans to revise the <br />Twentymile Coal deep mine permit to include a drill pad, approximately 100ft. x <br />100ft., but at the time of inspection it had not been approved. These situations <br />need to be addressed before Phase III bond release can be considered. <br />The conditions and situations mentioned above may not be all inclusive. The State <br />regulatory authority may require the company to address other issues before <br />additional bond can be released. Phase II and III bond release of these areas is <br />not recommended at this time. <br />v `f Y <br />
