IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and <br />date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of <br />violations cited during previous inspections. <br />Two violations are pending abatement by SCC. The abatement deadline for NOV CV-2001-002 <br />is June 29, 2001. The remedial actions necessary to abate this violation have been amended <br />based on observations made during this inspection. Sze Section III of this inspection report and <br />the attached Modification Notice. SCC has paid the proposed civil penalty for this violation. <br />The abatement deadline for NOV CV-2001-012 is July 30, 2001.
