The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. There were no visible markers to identify the July 18, 1997 <br />boundaries of the 8 acre permit area. There was evidence of waste oil spilled onto the cobble July 18, 1997 <br />surface in the southeast portion of the permit area. PB or PV PB <br />TOPIC(S) <br />HB,AT <br />Properly dispose of all waste oil, contaminated <br />cobbles, and/or other petroleum products within the <br />permit area. <br />3. The financial warranty is inadequate to complete the August 17, 1997 <br />reclamation plan.
