The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1) There is no ID sign posted for the operation that meets the 7/1/00 <br />requirements of Rule 3.1.12 (1). <br />PB or PV: PB <br />An ID sign for the operation meeting the requirements of <br />the applicable Rule must be posted. Once done, the Division TOPIC(S): SM <br />is to be sent a picture of the posted ID sign. <br />2) The storm water control berm installed at the site is CORRECTION <br />located in the natural drainage. This does not agree with DATE <br />the installation of the storm water control berm as approved 7/1/00 <br />in the permit application. <br />PB or PV: PB <br />The storm water control berm currently placed in the drainage <br />must be removed and re-installed as approved in the permit TOPIC(S): HB, MP <br />application inside the permit area.(See the attached copy of <br />the pertinent part of the Exhibit E Mining Map.) The berm <br />should be extended across the access road as approved, possibly <br />as a "water bar", in order to comply with the approved permit <br />application and to maintain separation between storm water <br />from the pit and flow in the arroyo. Once the re-installation <br />is completed, the Division is to be notified in writing. <br />
