Regarding the Asphalt <br />Paving Company mining operation located at SEC 31, TWN 2N, R 68W (befinreen roads <br />WCR 1 and WCR 3'/a on the east and west and Highway 52 and WCR 16 ~ on the <br />north and south); f have the following questions. <br />1} is this a permitted mining operation? <br />2) Does this comply with all state and federal mining regulations? <br />3) What is the size and quantity of area to be mined? <br />4) How long will it take for excavation and reclamation?
