III, COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations <br />made during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during <br />the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Ditch D-13 serving Pond #003 was clean and functioning. The area east of pond <br />#003 was mulched, seeded and grass was coming up. Culvert C-14 'was clear <br />and functioning. Pond #004 was recently cleaned and was functioning. <br />Rock Dust and Substation Area <br />Work was continuing of the diesel drop. The road to the substation was well <br />graded and ditches were clear. <br />Signs and Markers <br />The entrances to the permit areas were signed with a standard sign. Generally <br />disturbed area boundary markers were marked with PVC pipe over rE:bar or just <br />plain rebar, The boundary was marked frequently. <br />Availability of Records- The following records are kept at the mine office. <br />Req.
