The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />Mining below the pit floor is taking place, but is not addressed in the mining and <br />reclamation plans or the reclamation bond. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />Submit a revision to the permit that addresses changes to the mining and reclamation <br />plans, reclamation cost estimate and all other applicable exhibits as necessary to <br />incorporate the mining operations below the approved pit floor. Receive DMG <br />approval of the revision within timeframes specified by statute. <br />2. Some weed patches were noted on site. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />Perform weed control measures as necessary to control noxious weeds and weeds <br />that may hinder the revegetation on the reclaimed areas of the site. Draft a weed <br />control plan that includes measures for annual monitoring and control of noxious and <br />non-noxious weeds on the permit area.
