(Page 41 <br />MINE ID N OR PROSPECTING ID 11 M-1976-027 <br />INSPECTION DATE 6-29-2000 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS SSS <br />The following problems IPBI and/or possible violations IPVI (and suggested corrective actions) were identified during this <br />inspection. The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />5. Musk thistle has infested portions of the site and a significant portion of the B31-2000 <br />reclaimed stockpile/processing area has an infestation of bindweed that is most likely PB or PV: PB <br />hampering the revegetation effort. TOPICISI: RV <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />Submit a technical revision application that addresses incorporation of a weed control <br />plan for the site. The plan should be developed in consultation with the local weed <br />control authority and should include measures that will result in significant progress <br />toward controlling the weed infestation problem. Receive approval of the revision <br />within applicable statutory timeframes. <br />
