We discussed the possibility of the landowner requesting that <br />the operator submit a revision to the perm,t to change the land use at the coal Ioadout to <br />industrial. We also discussed including the office area and the two trailers that the <br />landowner would like to retain for storage in that revision application. The operator will <br />discuss this potential plan with the landowner in the near future. If the coal Ioadout is to be <br />reclaimed to the irrigated pastureland use. a significant amount of material will likely need to <br />be hauled of to accommodate the 3 feet of material stripped and stockpiled for reclamation <br />of the Ioadout. <br />The service area remains effectively unchanged since the last inspection. Drainage of this <br />area passes through a rock filter, as per the approved SAE design. <br />TODS011 <br />The operator was spreading remaining topsoil in the area of the former large topsoil stockpile <br />on the east side of the disturbed area. Most other topsoil piles ready for spreading last <br />month have been respread. The exception ,s along the south side of the disturbed area <br />between Fill 9 and Fill 7. Topsoil noted in piles in various areas of the disturbed area have <br />
