General Mine Plan Compliance <br />Operations and maintenance of the site are in compliance with the general mine plan. This permit is in <br />temporary cessation. No permitted work to covert the site from aload-out to a load-in facility had been <br />accomplished. <br />Reve¢etation <br />The permit is in temporary cessation. Other than the trenches over underground water lines, there is no <br />part of the disturbed area that has been seeded. Some scattered weeds were observed. Weed control <br />efforts along the railroad appeared to be effective. <br />Air Resource Protection <br />The permit is in temporary cessation. There was no activity at the site that would generate fugitive <br />dust. The site is stable with regard to air protection. <br />Slides and Damaee <br />There has been no noticeable change since the previous inspection. See Support Facilities above for <br />vandalism on the site. No addition damage to structures was noted. See the October 2005 inspection <br />report for a description of an old, stabilized slide at a cut on the railroad spur. There was no discernable <br />change in the slide azea. As previously reported, all the railroad crossings except for US 40 of the rail <br />road spur have been covered over with road wearing surface materials. <br />Reclamation Success <br />There has been no noticeable change since the previous inspection. The site is in temporary cessation. <br />No facilities or features of the site have been abandoned, and no reclamation has been initiated.
