General Mine Plan Compliance Operations and maintenance of the site are in compliance with the general mine plan. This permit is in temporary cessation. No permitted work to covert the site from aload-out to a load-in facility had been accomplished. Reve¢etation The permit is in temporary cessation. Other than the trenches over underground water lines, there is no part of the disturbed area that has been seeded. Some scattered weeds were observed. Weed control efforts along the railroad appeared to be effective. Air Resource Protection The permit is in temporary cessation. There was no activity at the site that would generate fugitive dust. The site is stable with regard to air protection. Slides and Damaee There has been no noticeable change since the previous inspection. See Support Facilities above for vandalism on the site. No addition damage to structures was noted. See the October 2005 inspection report for a description of an old, stabilized slide at a cut on the railroad spur. There was no discernable change in the slide azea. As previously reported, all the railroad crossings except for US 40 of the rail road spur have been covered over with road wearing surface materials. Reclamation Success There has been no noticeable change since the previous inspection. The site is in temporary cessation. No facilities or features of the site have been abandoned, and no reclamation has been initiated. There have been no bond releases associated with the site. Exhibit 12-1, Facilities Map 04/13/94 Exhibit 12-2, Surface Water Control Plan Map, 07/19/93 Exhibit 12-5, Haul Road HGLF-HR22-03-93. These maps aze part of Attachment 12-1 to Tab 12 of the Permit Application Package. Current conditions are described on these versions of the Exhibits, and demonstrate what was approved prior to the current Exhibits that are part of the approved, but never initiated, conversion of the site.
