IV. Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates
The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified
during inspections and that failure to correct the problems inay result in
the Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTIDN pursuant to CRS 1973, as
amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be
clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1983 and
underlined.)
No new problems were noted during this inspection.
The operator is aware that the drainage system will need
maintenance prior to spring runoff and precipitation and is encouraged to
commence as soon as weather permits.
