Suooort Facilities <br />The operator has removed the ancillary steel and debris from the corehouse reclaimed area <br />as requested in last month's inspection report. This debris has been temporarily piled north <br />of the Roundhouse awaiting sorting by the local scrap dealer. <br />The hoist house area is also included in the pending bond release request (SL-02). This <br />area was found properly regraded to the approved post-mining topography. <br />The operator did submit a request dated February 6, 2006 to include the West Mine <br />warehouse area in the pending SL-02 bond release application. As noted in last month's <br />inspection, backfilling and grading is complete in this area. The regraded area blends well <br />into the surrounding land. Also requested to be included in the bond release request are the <br />pump house access road and culverts C-4, C-10, C-43, C-62, and C-63. Inspection revealed <br />that rough grading is complete at the pump house access road and the five culverts have <br />been removed, associated mainly with the work completed at the Southwest Coal Stockpile. <br />Overall, the site appeared in good condition for the late winter season and no problems were <br />noted. <br />
