COMMENTS-COMPLIANCE <br />' Befdw are comments on the Inspection. me comments Include tllscusslon of Ob52rvatidn5 made during the Inspection. <br />Comments also tlescrlbe any enforcement actions taken during the Inspection antl the facts Of evitlence supporting the <br />enforcement action. <br />Wildlife: One Mule deer was observed by azea 41. Evidence of Elk bedding down was noted throughout PG-31. Ell <br />were heard bugleing at Mine 1 though not seen. Sharptail grouse evidence was observed in area 41. Grasshopper <br />population is plentiful throughout mine site. <br />Revegetation: Vegetation throughout site is in good condition. Occasional Canada thistle patches were encountered <br />No one patch was extensive. Evidence of few rills and no gullies encountered attest to good vegetative cover <br />throughout the site. <br />Reclamation Success: Operator discussed submission of phase II and Phase lII bond release applications this fall. Sit <br />conditions are very good. Mine site continues to be stable with minor maintenace items needed. <br />
