Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems may result in <br />the Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as <br />amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be <br />clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1983 and <br />underlined.) <br />Resolution in Progress <br />047-83-07 Complete permit boundary rnarker installation by December 15, <br />1983. <br />047-83-16 Complete construction of portal drainage by Dece~nber 15, <br />1983. Submit as built designs within 30 days after completion. <br />047-83-17 Install survey monuments in fulfillment of Stipulation No. 3, <br />by October 31, 1983. <br />
