This seems to be a reoccurring problem. <br />Movement has also occurred nn the face of the mine bench. A displacement can be <br />observed along the top edge of the bench and a bulge in the middle of the outs lope <br />is visible. <br />4.15 Revegetation <br />There is consider.abl.e ground work that needs to be done when the ground thaws <br />in order to implement hydrologic control measures (culverts, drains, ditches). <br />As soon as this work is•done, but not later than April 15, 1982, all disturbed <br />areas should be seeded and mulched. <br />Past efforts have proven to be unsuccessful. <br />Revegetation efforts may be necessary next to the coal storage area if excess coal <br />storage has damaged the existing vegetation. <br />
