<br />'-~r• RECEIVED <br />Gene Komer Show Cause Order .S~P 2 4 <br />September 21, 2006 007 <br />Page 2 ww~eHHE:ti ++ <br />87A7E EN6IHLFA <br />~. <br />You are hereby ordered to show cause to this office within 30 days of receipt of this letter <br />why you should not be ordered to immediately cease and desist exposure of the subject <br />groundwater. <br />The actions which we would consider as acceptable to show that a cease and desist order is not <br />necessary are to provide this office with either: (A) evidence that this exposure of groundwater is <br />covered by a Water Court approved augmentation plan or a State Engineer approved substitute <br />water supply plan or; (B) a written response to Mr. Deatherage's March 21, 2007 letter sufficient to <br />allow the State Engineer's Office to approve the proposed substitute water supply plan. <br />You are hereby given notice that failure to respond to this letter will force this office to issue orders <br />to cease and desist all illegal use of groundwater pursuant to C.R.S. Section 37-92-502. Awn rr <br />triple damages as well as fines of up to $500.00 per day of violation. Sections 37-92-503 & 504, <br />C.R.S.
