The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS{POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />1. The site appears to have been inactive since 1984 and <br />there is no evidence of the operator filing a Notice of <br />Temporary Cessation, as required by Rule 1.13.5. <br />CORRECTIVE MEASURES <br />The operator must complete one of the following actions <br />1) resume active mining at the site by May 5, 1998, or <br />2) begin final reclamation of the 1 acre of disturbance <br />by May 5, 1998; complete all required grading and <br />topsoiling by June 30, 1998; complete all seeding <br />and planting of trees/shrubs by October 31, 1998 <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />May 5, 1998 <br />OR <br />May 5, 1998 <br />June 30, 1998 <br />October 31, 1998 <br />PB or PV : PB <br />TOPIC(S) AR <br />
