III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />PD 1 and PD2. PD4 was well vegetated and stable. A gully has formed below the outflow of <br />PD4. Please continue to monitor rill and gully formation site wide and make repairs if necessary <br />to prevent further erosion. PD3 was stable and well vegetated. <br />Reveeetation <br />The site is beginning to green up, although the site appeazs drier than usual for this time of year. <br />A small patch of Whitetop is located near the inlet to Culvert PD3. Please continue to control the <br />growth of troublesome weeds throughout the mine site. <br />Loadout <br />The loadout facility was inspected. The gate to the facility was locked and the site was secure. <br />Good vegetation is established at the site; however, the ground surface appeared to be very dry. <br />The loadout pond was retaining a significant amount of cleaz water about 2-3 feet below the <br />combination spillway. Perimeter azeas of the site were maintained and no problems were noted. <br />
